Direct Debit

  • You save time and money by not having to write or post cheques, or remembering to go online to arrange payment
  • Payments are automatically deducted from your bank or credit card account
  • You do not pay the Administration fee which applies to paper invoices
  • If you still require an invoice for your tax records, you can elect to receive this by email
  • You help save the environment by reducing the amount of paper used.

E-Invoice

  • Receive your invoice by email
  • You do not the pay Invoice Administration fee
  • You also help reduce paper consumption and impact on our environment.

Email us to switch to E-invoice today. Simply provide your customer reference number and nominated email address for e-invoices to be sent to you.

You can pay your e-invoice by cheque, telephone or by electronic deposit to our account.

If you still require a mailed invoice to be regularly sent to you, please note an Invoice Administration Fee applies to each invoice. Invoices can be paid by:

BPAY Electronically

BPAY Payment Options(Available only in Australia) Reference details are provided on your invoice.

Please note: The remittance advice provided with the invoice is to be emailed or faxed to us so we can ensure your payment is applied promptly.

Electronic Deposit

Contact our accounts department on 1300 655 944 (AUS) or 0800 186 086 (NZ) to obtain our bank account details so funds can be electronically transferred. Quote your customer reference number/invoice number in the "description" box when transferring funds.

Telephone

Call 1300 655 944 (AUS) or 0800 186 086 (NZ) between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday to make payments over the phone using your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express only. Please ensure you have your card details and your Signature customer number ready when you call.

Mail

Send a cheque or money order made payable to Signature Security Group attached to the remittance advice portion of your invoice or complete the credit card section of the remittance advice and return to us.
