Established in November 1996, Signature Security launched itself into the market through way of acquisition and sales growth. As a differentiated electronic security industry leader, Signature Security has developed electronic security solutions for approximately 90,000 premises in Australia and New Zealand.
January 2006 is significant in the history of Signature Security, as Signature Security was acquired by an ASX listed investment company now known as Oceania Capital Partners (OCP). This acquisition cemented Signature Security’s position as one of the largest suppliers of electronic security services in Australia and New Zealand and adds to this the certainty of future growth through focused decision making.
In May 2011 Signature Security Group was acquired by Tyco International, and is now part of the Tyco International group of companies, which also includes ADT Security, the world’s largest electronic security provider.
As a part of the agreement with Tyco International, some of the services we provide you, such as your alarm monitoring and service and maintenance of your security products, may now be carried out on our behalf by ADT Security.
